Contract-to-hire
A contract-to-hire model provides an extended working interview. If the individual is not the right fit — no harm, no foul. You didn’t invest the valuable resources and hiring costs associated with in-house recruiting. If the employee does work out, you simply pay a small fee and welcome them as a direct employee.
Project-based roles

Identify your own contractors and then turn the responsibility for employment, payroll and benefit administration over to us. We manage all pre-employment documentation including: agreements and background checks; payroll and benefits administration; withholding and tax deposits; unemployment claims and records management.
