Job Title: Vendor Programs Managers

Project Overview:

Operations focus on Vendor operations management for outsourced services around the world supporting products. Vendor Programs Managers, part of the Partners Scaled Solutions team, play an important role in our vendor-based support operations. In this role, you will use your project management skills and innovative thought process to execute solutions that will help improve evolving workflows and rapidly growing business, aimed at reaching a global user base. We are looking for independent, solution-oriented candidates who know how to drive results.

 

Overall Responsibilities:

Program coordination for our Assistant Experience vendor operations. This includes internal project management, data analysis and reporting on the operational program metrics across 3 vendors.

 

Top Daily Responsibilities:

·        Internal project management support related vendor operations- Owning and driving key initiatives related to intake and execution of workflow requests impacting oru vendor management team (weekly evaluation, summary of intake, assignment)

·        Support compliant vendor activities by working with vendor and subject matter experts to draft workflow documentation and communicate need for updates/clarifications

·        Reporting & analysis on Key performance indicators and trends

·        Process Improvements – Prepare and review vendor data, identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiencies related to offshoring tasks currently owned by team

 

Skill/Experience/Education

·        Mandatory Education: BA/BS degree with experience in operations/ business management (or vendor management)

·        Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills and experience in applying project management tools

·        Strong communication skills and ability to influence people to contribute to continuous improvement of operations

·        **Vendor operations is a very strong preference**

·        Desired Prior responsibility for operations management, measuring key targets and metrics tracking

·        Prior vendor management experience

·        Managing execution of outsourcing projects and ability to deal with multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues

·        Proven experience in risk and change management

·        Proven ability to manage multiple projects

·        PMP certification/ training would be an added bonus

·        Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with capability to process large amounts of data to drive business strategies and decisions

·        Effective oral/ written communication skills, with the ability to thrive as part of a global team
