Responsibilities:

● Facilitate world-class training programs

● Participate in design, maintenance and facilitation of high quality technical and non-technical training for new and existing staff

● Develop and improve training products and programs

● Implement testing measures to evaluate progress and effectiveness of training

● Support the hands-on completion of QA evaluations across multiple product and service verticals

● Stay up-to-date with our client's products, features and programs

● Create and deliver process documentation with on-going maintenance as needed

● Translate customer satisfaction and internal quality research findings and subsequent information into actionable deliverables through the creation and presentation of clear, concise information

● Research and assess how to utilize new training delivery tools and methodologies

Basic Qualifications:

● 5+ years of experience in training or program management, operations support, organizational development, quality assurance, coaching or mentoring, HR, customer experience/satisfaction or account management

Preferred Qualifications:

● BA/BS degree

● Experience creating and delivering formal and informal technical, non-technical and product training using a variety of situations, individuals and audiences

● Multilingual capabilities

● Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, social media, organizational development and product strategy

● Familiarity with CRM systems, software applications and processes workflows

● Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills

● Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision

● Ability to identify and balance day-to-day tactical output with short- and long-term strategic vision that supports organizational growth
