Title: Technical Writer II
Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract
- Develop deep expertise in CMS platforms
- Execute an audit of hundreds of pieces of content in preparation for a UI redesign a product
- Work with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, Support, Sales, and Marketing to document new feature launches
- Follow workflow instructions to apply guidelines
- Manage projects within strict deadlines
-Excellent English reading and writing skills -At least 3 years of experience in an editorial or technical writing role working with English documentation -Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance -Impeccable attention to detail -Strong communication and collaboration skills
-BA/BS degree in English, communications, or equivalent practical experience
-Experience with and knowledge of digital advertising
-Experience working closely with engineering and product management teams as part of the software development process
