Title: Tech Solutions Specialist

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will help assess opportunities and challenges, and support partner campaigns with data insights to enable the growth of the technology partner ecosystem and drive delivery of the programs. Your projects will span partners, offices and strategies, and it's your job to independently drive automation efforts to help us scale the business. You will implement, troubleshoot and support scripts, codes, and systems to drive several automation efforts, in addition to identifying other areas that could be driven with efficiency solutions.
In this role, you will also gather data and work with the partner and program leads to ensure this data is actionable and supports the growth of our partnerships and the broader partner ecosystem. By providing the insights to power the foundation for our partner growth strategies, your work will enable our team to drive meaningful impact in the market and help to drive adoption of technologies that power the businesses of today with the innovations of tomorrow.
This role provides the opportunity to leverage your advanced analytical and problem solving skills to identify ways to increase efficiency through technology and automation, design world class processes to ensure reliable and consistent flow of data, and build the operational foundation for our global partner ecosystem. You will need to be comfortable communicating effectively with engineering and other technical groups to enhance products and resolve customer issues as well as with executives and other stakeholders to report findings and insights. Develop training materials and documentation.
Optimize operational processes and reporting through implementation of automation efforts.
Manage and improve existing systems and technical solutions that support our operations.
Establish set up framework / lay groundwork today for how we'd report on it in the future.
Work with Leads to support partner strategies and sales motions with data.
Own tech partner growth dashboards and weekly read out, overall maintenance, and updates as needed.
Gather internal and external data sources to identify high potential opportunities where tech partners are already in existing accounts, and regionally which tech partners have a large presence in each region.
