- Install and create OS images and application packages.
- Perform operating system and application software configurations across
- Several platforms including old versions released within the past 3 years.
- Support and mentor new lab users in proper system usage and Reservation system
- Knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 2000, Mac OS, Linux, PC hardware

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years' experience
