Our full stack team is a mix of software, systems, and UI engineers who are passionate about automation and building at scale. We take great pride in developing and operating robust, fault tolerant and fast network security services that can protect users anywhere, anytime. We work closely with our customers and frequently include them in the decision-making process. We collaborate often with other teams in Cloud Security (formally OpenDNS) to deliver industry leading cloud based security solutions that are easy to deploy and simple to manage.

You are interested in coming up with innovative solutions for complicated problems, and passionate about automation, CI/CD and finding ways to do things better.
You know your way around a Unix terminal, have built or deployed applications using cloud technologies, and are able to diagnose complex systems and applications.
You enjoy solving problems at scale and working on services used by millions of customers every day from around the world.
Develop tools and frameworks to enable continuous delivery to the cloud.
Identify, influence and drive product architecture, to achieve and surpass SLOs.
Help improve operational practices to minimize service disruptions.
Maintain and operate services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
Design and implement debugging and logging systems at scale.
Build and maintain automated systems for testing, deploying and monitoring.
Cloud operations experience with a SaaS product in a large scale 24×7 production environment.
