Title: Software Engineer (Ad Space)

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 12+ Months 

 

Project Overview:

Our team is searching for a strong Application Engineer to join their team for a yearlong contract. This team develops next generation policy and anti-abuse account enforcement platforms. This person will enjoy being in the Ads space and work closely on technical platforms with high-performing PM/Eng partners. In addition, you will be responsible for Fraud & Abuse Detection pipeline (feature development including system monitoring / alerts and reliability / responsiveness, upkeep with emerging technology standards).

 

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Coding & debugging
  • Monitoring system health
  • Collaborate with engineers

 

Skill/Experience/Education

  • Mandatory 2-4 years minimum experience in all three languages: C++, Python, Java
  • Bachelor’s degrees related to CS, Engineering or technical disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills to work with Engineering teams and PMs
  • Self-starter; proactive flagging risks and blockers to remain unblocked
  • Experience managing multiple work streams with internal and external stakeholders and users
