Title: Salesforce Technical Administrator

Position Overview:

The Android Enterprise Partner and Customer Engineering team is focused on enabling enterprises everywhere to adopt Android as their preferred mobile device platform. You will play a critical role supporting the community platform used to engage with our enterprise partners. With your help, we’ll improve the way our partners connect with the Android Enterprise team and each other. You will help support the management and day-to-day operations of the Android Enterprise Partner portal. You are familiar with Salesforce.com feature set and are comfortable with diving into the technical aspects involved with integrating and extending the product. You are able to provide guidance on best practices and feature implementation, finding ways to provide the ideal partner experience and streamlining the team’s support setup. 

Responsibilities

·       Support short-term portal enhancement project

·       Work with cross functional team to help build, design and validate features, processes and reports

·       Maintain portal stability and availability

·       Work closely with stakeholders and implementation team to review technical requirements

·       Responsible for Salesforce Org administration including security, privacy and access policy maintenance as well as general org instance health

·       Provide second-level support for the help desk to resolve partner issues

Skill/Experience/Education

·       Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

·       3-5 years of relevant work experience

·       Experience with Salesforce portal administration and community management

·       Knowledge in designing solutions within the Salesforce.com platform

·       Excellent reporting and analytical skills and the ability to automate processes

·       Experience in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL), and APEX languages

·       Experience with troubleshooting/developing Lightning UX and Lightning Web Components

·       Ability to work well in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team

·       Experience with Android Enterprise
