Position Description:

 

Our client is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team and help support directors. The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to provide an outstanding candidate experience for all candidates, no matter the outcome
  • Coordinate candidate interviews across all levels of the organization and ensure they are executed smoothly
  • Ensure clients recruiting process is clear to both candidates and interviewers, suggesting and driving improvements wherever gaps are found
  • Keep track of where candidates are in the process and that all required steps have been completed
  • Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

Skill/Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a customer service mindset
  • Incredibly organized with superior attention to detail Ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage their time effectively Familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs)
  • Responsibility and professional integrity with sensitive information
