Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 1 yr contract + poss extension up to 2 yrs
- Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to provide an outstanding candidate experience for all our candidates, no matter the outcome
- Coordinate candidate interviews across all levels of the organization and ensure they are executed smoothly
- Ensure the recruiting process is clear to both candidates and interviewers, suggesting and driving improvements wherever gaps are found
- Keep track of where candidates are in the process and that all required steps have been completed
- Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree required 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment
Desired
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a customer service mindset Incredibly organized with superior attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage their time effectively
- Familiarity with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs)
- Responsibility and professional integrity with sensitive information
