Job Title: Recruiting Coordination

Duration: 12 months

Location: Moutain View, CA

In this role, you will:

·        Partner with recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers, and interviewers to provide an outstanding candidate experience for all candidates, no matter the outcome

·        Coordinate candidate interviews across all levels of the organization and ensure they are executed smoothly

·        Ensure the recruiting process is clear to both candidates and interviewers, suggesting and driving improvements wherever gaps are found

·        Keep track of where candidates are in the process and that all required steps have been completed

·        Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

 

Skill/Experience/Education

Bachelor's degree required

3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a customer service mindset Incredibly organized with superior attention to detail Ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage their time effectively Familiarity with Greenhouse

Applicant Tracking System Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs)
