Title: Project Manager (Compliance)

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 12+ Months 

 

Our client is searching for a Project Manager with compliance experience to join their team for a yearlong contract.

 

Position Description

  • Support the development of compliance processes, programs and controls to implement the compliance programs
  • Establish a relationships and maintain regular engagement with internal and external, stakeholders that are responsible for delivering or supporting key Devices & Services compliance programs
  • Develop effective tracking and reporting mechanisms, including spreadsheets and dashboards 
  • Work proactively with key stakeholders on identifying and addressing regulatory risks
  • Ensure decisions and changes are timely and effectively communicated to appropriate teams, including senior leadership as necessary

 

Skill/Experience/Education

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, law, economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 3+ years' experience in regulatory compliance program or project management, preferably at a large, complex, regulated institution, or in a consulting or in-house setting
  • Outstanding project management, organizational, and analytical skills (PMP, CAPM certifications a plus)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge of GSuite and Tableau highly desired
  • Familiarity with privacy and technical infrastructure security, or other product compliance areas, or the willingness to learn (CIPP, CISA, or other relevant compliance certifications a plus)
  • Prior experience working with regulatory agencies, including monitoring trustees, a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lead cross-functional assignments and influence without direct authority
