Title: Project Manager (Compliance)

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 12+ Months

Our client is searching for a Project Manager with compliance experience to join their team for a yearlong contract.

Position Description

Support the development of compliance processes, programs and controls to implement the compliance programs
Establish a relationships and maintain regular engagement with internal and external, stakeholders that are responsible for delivering or supporting key Devices & Services compliance programs
Develop effective tracking and reporting mechanisms, including spreadsheets and dashboards
Work proactively with key stakeholders on identifying and addressing regulatory risks
Ensure decisions and changes are timely and effectively communicated to appropriate teams, including senior leadership as necessary

Skill/Experience/Education

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, law, economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
3+ years' experience in regulatory compliance program or project management, preferably at a large, complex, regulated institution, or in a consulting or in-house setting
Outstanding project management, organizational, and analytical skills (PMP, CAPM certifications a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization
Knowledge of GSuite and Tableau highly desired
Familiarity with privacy and technical infrastructure security, or other product compliance areas, or the willingness to learn (CIPP, CISA, or other relevant compliance certifications a plus)
Prior experience working with regulatory agencies, including monitoring trustees, a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead cross-functional assignments and influence without direct authority
