Position Description

– Maintain and/or improve existing business processes

– Develop and manage documentation for different tools and processes

– Tracking progress on diverse business initiatives; and ensure projects are driven to completion

– Communicating updates to cross-functional stakeholders and manage content of team website

– Develop training materials and user documentation for different tools and processes



– Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, Economics, Business or related field or equivalent practical experience. – 1-2 years of project or program management experience. Skills such as project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation. – 2-3 years of business analysis experience. Skills such as writing business requirements, use cases, collecting and responding to user feedback – Experience with distilling down complex information into easy to digest graphics, slides, notes and tables – Experience with product management life cycle and familiarity with agile methodology – Comfortable communicating (written and verbal) with a wide variety of stakeholders across multiple levels – Able independently to drive small- to medium-size tasks and projects, but may still need guidance and review in terms of design – Excellent attention to detail and quick learner who can juggle multiple projects/tasks with minimal supervision


– Visio/Lucid chart (or equivalent) proficiency – SaS application implementation and/or support experience
