Title: Operations Project Coordinator

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Duration: 10 month contract + poss extension up to 2 yrs

 

Responsibilities

  • Processes assigned labor requests and tasks in support of the organization’s extended workforce

  • Shepherds requests through established processes, and follows up with various stakeholders to ensure that workforce requests are fulfilled in a timely fashion

  • Responds to queries on TVC processes and policies to hiring managers by relying on and promoting HELP or xWS resources 

  • Alerts management when any extended workforce requests may be out of policy, non-compliant, or violate laws and regulations 

  • Provides assistance in the development of program infrastructure including but not limited to policies, procedures, tools, and other supporting documentation and resources

  • Helps prepare regular or ad hoc status reports that summarize program activity and KPIs

Mandatory

  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in administrative or operations role. 
  • Multitasking and organization skills, with high attention to detail. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Desired

  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, and Sites. 
  • Experience in human resourcing or staffing. 
  • A background in staffing or operations is preferred, but not mandatory.
