Title: Operations Program Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months (medical, dental, vision benefits offered)

Play a pivotal role in integrating a new business acquisition's Services team to our Cloud Services team. In this role you will manage a monthly services revenue recognition process, you will own ticketing and data management in Financialforce and Salesforce, and you will be responsible for running a services deal desk for Services sales transactions.

  • Quantitative skills and an ability to quickly create reports and analysis in Excel, Salesforce, or Looker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
  • Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and accountable
  • Understands both detailed and executive views; works towards delivering for both
  • Experience with Salesforce required
  • Experience with Financialforce and Oracle OM a plus
  • Accounting experience and understanding of Services revenue recognition rules a plus

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Revenue Operations:
  2. Month end revenue recognition
    1. Ownership of PS Ops month-end revenue checklist
      1. Ownership of Services revenue entries in Oracle. 
  3. Reconciliation between Finance backlog and project and systems backlog
    1. Ongoing management of revenue backlog data, sales commissions clawbacks
  4. Data Management & Ticketing:
  5. FinancialForce data management
    1. Timecard approval process management
      1. Milestone approval process management
  6. Ticketing for:
    1. Project adjustments
      1. Timecard adjustments
  7. Cross Systems Deal Desk:
    1. Facilitate x-organizational and x-systems deal desk strategy for Looker Services
    2. Creating, maintaining, and presenting enablement content for x-systems transactions between Looker and Google’s Salesforce instances 
    3. Ensuring Looker Salesforce opportunities, projects, assignments and timecards are aligned with Google Salesforce opportunities and projects

 

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory
