We are searching for a Marketing Operations Coordinator to help support the continued use of a project management platform and other organizational tools. The role is part of a Marketing, Creative Services team, so an interest in Creative Operations is highly desired.

This individual will need to be very detail-oriented, organized, and have clear, effective communication skills. They should be comfortable collaborating within a team dynamic and have a penchant for exceptional follow-through. They will need to be nimble and able to pivot and reprioritize as needed.

 

Key Qualifications

     2-4 year experience in a marketing, advertising or creative services organization in an ad trafficking, project management or coordinator role

     Background experience in an ad trafficking, project management, resource management, or equivalent, system or platform

     Enthusiasm to learn new things, including the ability to retain new information quickly

     Excellent listener and note-taker with the ability to project plan and adhere to deadlines and statuses

     A respectful evaluator and observer of the process(es), able to anticipate change(s) and react efficiently

     Comfortable in escalating and troubleshooting tool issues

     Desire and love for process and process mapping

     Ability to articulate and understand a variety of different organizational teams’ workflows

     Holds an outstanding worth ethic, and operates with the utmost discretion and honesty

     Holds excellent communication skills and can concisely recap to various stakeholders

     Comfortable presenting select Keynote presentations to internal team members

 

Responsibilities

     Strongly understands the tools used within the organization, ability to articulate and answer questions that arise

     Responsive to quickly troubleshooting and/or escalate tool issues from respective team members and departmental colleagues (tools/platforms access issues, usage questions, reporting questions, report builds, etc.)

     Train new joiners on a weekly basis, providing overview of the project management platform, their responsibilities, as well as navigation best practices

     Owns “A-Z” the process of quickly, and accurately, implementing changes in various tools once approved processes/feature changes are signed off by Ops Leads

     Provide project management support for tools currently in development, as needed on a project by project basis

                     Develop work-backs

                     Manage key milestones dates and escalate to Ops Leads as needed

     Initiative to investigate and self-teach when topics or functionality within a platform or tool is unknown

 

Education

Bachelors degree preferred.
