Responsibilities

The core of the Learning Business Partner role is to partner with leadership to align team skills and behavior to drive measurable impact on our members through the provision of tailored learning solutions

Consultancy: Partner with stakeholders and offer expertise and insights into learning solutions to solve business challenges. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with business partners, customer-facing staff, and cross-functional groups, providing regular communications and updates

Learning Needs Analysis: Understand learning and development requirements designed to support individual, team and line of business development

Communication: Proactively communicate project updates, prioritization decisions and key information at the right time, and in the right way. Communicate and collaborate with global peers as well as individuals from other teams, and identify areas to partner on cross-functional initiatives. Maintain a broad perspective to identify and evaluate opportunities that promote the value proposition of learning solutions and incorporate diverse perspectives into projects.

Design & Development: Build the right learning solutions to maximise reach and impact, such as: e-learnings, self-paced assignments, assessments, job aids, teaching aids, multimedia visual aids, reference materials, etc. to support learning at scale.

Delivery: Deliver trainings through Traditional Face to Face Instructor Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor Led Trainings (VILT), blended/flipped classroom methodologies, self-paced learning, e-learning etc. Use best practices in facilitation to deliver, or prepare others to deliver, learning solutions

Evaluation: Identify and clearly define success/outcome/ROI metrics for trainings and utilize for continuous improvement. These are to include quantitative metrics such as measured behavior changes and post training NPS scores as well as qualitative feedback garnered through post-training listening/feedback sessions. Work closely with Product Education and Quality Solutions to evaluate the impact of learning as a holistic LaPS organisation

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of learning consultancy experience across multiple organisational levels

3+ years of experience developing L&D content

Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

Effective and professional communication skills

Proven track record in curriculum design, study aids, simulations, evaluations, e-learning, m-learning, scripting, multimedia, publishing, instructional design, course effectiveness evaluation, learning management systems, and educational portals.

Proven track record in influencing and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

Proven experience with the design, development, implementation and measurement of classroom, self-directed online and virtual learning solutions that positively impact the business.

Proven experience on creating effective training as well as the ability to think strategically and interact with senior leaders in a credible manner.

Familiarity with learning management systems such as Cornerstone, as well as design tools such as Articulate, Camtasia, SnagIt, Captivate, etc

Fluency in other languages highly advantageous
