• Responsible for maintaining Tableau dashboards, including the following tasks:

• Work with end users and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and fix data issues

• Update front-end and back-end data based on user requirements

• Conduct dashboard testing and facilitate testing with users

• Develop training materials

• Refresh the dashboards

• Maintain documentation and data dictionaries

• Responsible for Technical Program Management to support deployment and maintenance of Gainsight and Dynamics tools

• Understand requirements and act as a “technical solutions consultant” to provide program management support to workstream teams

• Help build and maintain accuracy of data flows from backend tables into Gainsight

• Conduct testing to validate desired functionality in Gainsight/Dynamics is working as intended

• Develop enablement materials


• 3-5 years of experience

• Experience in gathering Business Requirements, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementations and Documentation of various functionalities of Data Warehouse / Data Marts and Business Intelligence

• Involved in Full Life Cycle Development of Reporting Projects, includes Requirements Gathering/ analysis, Design, Development, Testing and Production rollover

• Experience in Trouble Shooting, Performance tuning of reports and resolving issues with in Tableau Server and Reports

• Experience in designing and managing customized interactive dashboards in Tableau

• Knowledge in data base management

• Experience in writing complex SQL series

• Experience working with Gainsight and Dynamics a plus
