Job Title: Associate Marketing Manager

Duration: 6 months

Open to Remote, prefer candidates near California/NY offices.

This person will collaborate with leaders in sales, operations, legal, and systems to track and manage partnership incentives for large strategic deals, improve processes & operations, and execute on go-to-market objectives. Responsibilities:

  • Being a one-touch resource for field sales; responsible for liaising with all organizations involved (research, product, executive briefing center, legal, marketing, etc.) on behalf of sales
  • Serve as an escalation point to business partners
  • Guarantee that reps follow proper guidelines set by each partner
  • Leverage large datasets to gather insights on program performance and reports to senior leadership prioritizing data integrity
  • Execute changes to frameworks, processes, and operations to improve decision quality, sales velocity, deal desk scalability, customer satisfaction, and customers success 

Basic Qualifications:

1+ years in finance, pricing, sales operations, or other operations roles

BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Professional experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
  • Experience processing a high volume of transactions with proficiency, accuracy, and integrity
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive decision making
  • Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
  • Commitment- Ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-starter who has experience working in highly cross-functional teams and ambiguous environments
  • Compassionate team player with experience working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organization
